Clambakes by Jim Sanford can
serve 40 to 1000 people. The food is steamed in rockweed
above ground according to a special portable cooking
method, which Jim designed and built.

bar of freshly opened clams and oysters and/or
iced shrimp including cocktail sauce, mignonette

blanched) presented in a basket with a sour
cream/blue cheese dip

cheese selection with French bread and grape
